2.3 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, from the same device, or from the same household is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on 888starz, users must provide accurate and complete information. Full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must be entered correctly. Registering with false information will make account verification impossible at a later stage and may result in withdrawals being blocked.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
When a withdrawal is requested, or when required for administrative purposes, 888starz may ask for a copy of a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate to verify the user's identity. If the requested documents are not submitted on time, services may be temporarily suspended.
3.3 Login Credential Security

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
888starz currently supports deposits and withdrawals via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
No deposit or withdrawal below the stated minimum amount will be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if there are any verification issues or additional security checks are required, this time may increase. Each withdrawal request is reviewed before approval.
4.4 Prohibited Transactions
Cryptocurrency or third-party payment methods may not be used. 888starz reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any transaction made using another person's bank account or mobile banking account.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagering.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be cashed out.
- The same bonus may not be used more than once on a single account.
- Certain games or bet types may be excluded from bets placed with bonus funds.
- Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the account being closed.
- 888starz reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Program
The 888starz VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit, with the Diamond level offering up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. 888starz reserves the right to change VIP levels and their associated benefits.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
888starz reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet in cases of technical issues, incorrect odds display, or unusual betting patterns. Bets placed at incorrect odds may be recalculated at the correct odds.
6.2 Match Cancellation and Uncertain Results
If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. If a match is cancelled while in progress, a decision will generally be made according to the applicable rules and users will be informed accordingly.
6.3 Fraudulent Betting Prohibited
Any attempt to gain an advantage through match fixing, use of insider information, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent method will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances being forfeited.
6.4 Live Betting
During live or in-play betting, odds may change due to network delays or technical issues. In such cases, 888starz confirms bets at the applicable odds.

Limitation of Liability
888starz is not responsible for financial losses caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, third-party software faults, or events beyond its control. The user is responsible for the reliability of their own internet connection and device.
